Chattel Mortgage Loan
Sangla OR/CR in Antipolo, Rizal
Unlock cash from your vehicle without giving it up. With a chattel mortgage from SGB Lending, you borrow against your car’s value and keep driving it every day — arranged in person by a lender that’s served Rizal since 1997.
What is Sangla OR/CR?
Sangla OR/CR is a chattel mortgage loan — a secured loan that uses your vehicle as collateral. We hold your Official Receipt (OR) and Certificate of Registration (CR) as security, but the vehicle stays with you. You keep driving to work, running your business, or doing deliveries while you repay the loan. It’s the practical middle ground between an unsecured personal loan and selling a vehicle you still need.
Because the loan is backed by an asset, it can unlock a larger amount than a clean loan of the same monthly capacity — useful for working capital, emergencies, tuition, or consolidating smaller debts.
You keep your car. Unlike pawning arrangements that take possession of the vehicle, a chattel mortgage leaves the vehicle in your hands. What we hold is the registration security — not your keys.
What vehicles qualify?
Vehicles registered in the borrower’s name with clean, complete documents are generally considered, subject to appraisal of the vehicle’s condition and value. This commonly includes private cars and utility vehicles used for personal or business purposes. Because acceptance and the loanable amount depend on the unit’s appraised value, the simplest next step is to call us with your vehicle’s details so we can tell you honestly whether it fits and roughly what to expect.
Sangla OR/CR requirements
Bring our general loan requirements together with your vehicle documents:
- Original OR (Official Receipt) and CR (Certificate of Registration) in the borrower’s name
- Valid government-issued ID (with a second ID for verification)
- Proof of income — payslips, ITR (2 years), or business documents
- Current Residence Certificate (Cedula)
- The vehicle itself, for inspection and appraisal
As with all our loans, your capacity to pay is established first, and the vehicle is appraised before the loanable amount and terms are set.
Terms you can expect
| Collateral | Your registered vehicle (OR/CR held as security; vehicle stays with you). |
|---|---|
| Loanable amount | Based on the appraised value of the vehicle and your capacity to pay. |
| Charges | Interest plus standard charges (service fee, documentary stamps, notarial, and credit life insurance where applicable), all disclosed in writing before signing. |
| Repayment | Installment schedules arranged to fit your cash flow; maturity dates avoid weekends and holidays. |
| Early settlement | You may pre-terminate; note that pre-terminations are not subject to a rebate of unearned interest. |
Exact rates and the maximum loanable amount depend on your vehicle’s appraisal. We’ll give you the specific figures in writing before you commit to anything.
Why arrange it locally
A chattel mortgage involves inspecting and appraising the actual vehicle and signing proper documents — steps that need a real lender, not an app. Dealing with an Antipolo-based lender means a faster, in-person process and staff you can return to with questions long after the loan is released.
How to apply
- 1. Call or visit with your vehicle and its OR/CR details.
- 2. Appraisal — we inspect the vehicle and confirm your loanable amount and terms.
- 3. Sign & receive — review the written terms, sign, and get your funds while keeping your vehicle.
Borrow responsibly. Your vehicle secures this loan, so borrow only what you can repay and read every term first. All loans are subject to appraisal and approval.

How much can I borrow?
It depends on the appraised value of your vehicle and your capacity to pay. We confirm the amount and terms in writing after appraisal.
